TradesLynk is a B2B discovery platform for agro and food commodity exporters and importers. We enable listing, discovery, inquiry, and verification only. The platform does not provide payments, escrow, or logistics. All trade occurs directly between users, offline.

3. User Accounts & Roles

Users may register as Exporters or Buyers. You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Conduct

You must not use the platform for spam, fake profiles, abuse, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Consequences may include removal of listings and loss of access.

5. Listings & Inquiries

Listings must be accurate and relate to agro and food commodities within our scope. Inquiries made through the platform are introductions only; all negotiation and trade happen offline between you and your counterparty.

6. Verification

Exporters may be manually reviewed and marked as "Verified" at our discretion. This indicates that we have performed checks on the business; it does not guarantee the outcome of any transaction or the behaviour of any user.

7. Intellectual Property

TradesLynk and its branding, design, and technology are our intellectual property. By posting content, you grant us a licence to display and use it for operating the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the outcome of any transaction. You use the platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradesLynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any dealings with other users.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may deactivate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or through the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
