1. Scope
This policy applies to all content you post on TradesLynk: company profiles, product listings, descriptions, images, and any other text or media. By posting, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account.
2. Allowed content
Content must relate to agro and food commodities (e.g. spices, grains, pulses, nuts, coffee, tea, edible oils, processed foods) and legitimate B2B trade. Listings must accurately describe the product: name, category, specifications, MOQ, and price range (or "Contact for price"). Company profiles must represent a real business. You may include certifications, origin, and contact details as relevant.
3. Prohibited content
You must not post: (a) content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent; (b) products or services outside our scope (e.g. non-food, non-B2B, or prohibited items); (c) spam, duplicate listings, or keyword stuffing; (d) content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy; (e) offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material; (f) links or contact details for the sole purpose of redirecting users off the platform in a deceptive way. We may remove such content and take action against the account.
4. Images & media
Images must represent the actual product or company. Do not use stock images that mislead buyers about what you offer. We may remove images that are irrelevant, low quality, or violate this policy.
5. Updates & accuracy
Keep your listings and profile up to date. If a product is no longer available or details change, update or remove the listing. Inaccurate or outdated content may be removed or cause your account to be restricted.
6. Enforcement
We may review content in response to reports or as part of routine moderation. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to authorities. Repeated or serious violations will result in permanent loss of access.
