1. Acceptable use
Use the platform to discover exporters or buyers, list products, send and respond to inquiries, and manage your profile and account. You may browse, search, and contact other users in line with our Terms of Service and Content Policy. Normal commercial use—sending inquiries to multiple suppliers, maintaining a reasonable number of listings, updating profile and products—is expected and allowed.
2. Prohibited behaviour
You must not: (a) use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to harvest data or send bulk messages without our permission; (b) create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse the platform; (c) send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or repetitive inquiries that are not genuine trade interest; (d) attempt to overload or disrupt our systems or security; (e) use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law. We may impose rate limits, cap the number of inquiries or listings per account, or take other technical or account-level measures to enforce fair use.
3. Limits
We may set or change limits on inquiries, listings, or API usage (if offered) to protect service quality and fairness. We will communicate material limits through the platform or by email. If you need higher limits for legitimate business reasons, contact us; we may offer alternative arrangements (e.g. Premium) where appropriate.
4. Enforcement
We monitor usage and investigate reports of abuse. Violations may result in warnings, temporary or permanent suspension, and in serious cases referral to law enforcement. We reserve the right to update this policy and to enforce it in a way we consider fair and proportionate.
